1) I checked in on June 25th around 4:30pm, the next morning I received my bank’s alert regarding 4 attempts to charge of Samsung purchase over $2,400 2) I stayed at the room 209. The configuration of the room is so weird especially the bathroom a) no warm/hotwater for shower, b) After taking shower, it is very hard to get out because the distance from the door and the wall is so close and I’m petit size

The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. Could have provided body lotion instead of more shampoo.
Breakfast was very limited to breads and pastries. I personally prefer healthier choices.

The staff was wonderful! Also, it was just on the outskirts of the old town and was easily assessable to the main tourist attractions.
The mattress needed to be replaced and the sheets/blanket were way too short to cover you…. All tucked in to the end/bottom of the mattress and only covering 1/2 of the top

The location is convenient for city walks.
Overpriced. Rather limited options for breakfast, and coming in around 9 o'clock leaves most of it gone. Poor quality coffee. The double room with a single bed (upgraded from smaller to larger reception said) was still a tiny room with two beds put together that could move during night especially when busy. The room is NOT sound proofed and we were woken up in the middle of the night by a drunkie as well as in the early morning by the staff.

We were right in the middle of the old town and the Easter procession, which we really enjoyed seeing.
Only that the procession continued until 3 am with lots of noise - trumpets playing and drums banging!

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and considerate. Our room was lovely, the bed very comfortable. Shower lovely too. Very central to Malaga Center and one of our main enjoyments was the food market across the way!!
Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you had to turn on the bathroom light which wakes you up ?

Very efficient and friendly staff and we got an upgrade to a lovely bright spacious room. Just a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral.
I thought it was a little expensive for a 3* hotel, but maybe all hotels in Malaga are expensive. We paid €116.00 for one night without breakfast.
