Wonderful
I stayed at this apartment while visiting Málaga and had a very pleasant experience. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and extremely well-organized, and I’m very grateful for that.
The apartment has a unique charm and a warm, welcoming vibe, it definitely has a soul. While it’s not very modern or high-end in terms of furniture or equipment, it’s comfortable and has everything you need for a nice stay. The location is also a big plus very convenient and well-connected, especially for the price.
I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a cozy and affordable place in Málaga!

The workers were so kind, understanding, helpful. The property was like on the photos, clean, and there were anything generally what you need. The location is 20 minutes away from the city center on foot.

The apartment is situated close to the city center, in a nice, clean neighbourhood. It was spatious, clean, it had everything you needed in the kitchen. It also had a nice small terrace with plants and flowers. There were restaurants, cafes and supermarkets near. We loved it. We will come back.

The location was perfect, everything on Walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants, the main city centre. Nice environment. The host Javier explained everything what we could do in the neighborhood, great help!

Relatively central, great contact/communication
The bathrooms were really smelly, everything is very old in the apartment. Basic things like kitchen towel/clothes and washing liquid were missing. One toilet flush was broken making it difficult to flush the toilet. It was very ok for one night just to sleep there but we can’t imagine to spend more time there. The shower also only had luke warm water.

Location is nice, the receptionist was polite
It was old and not well cleaned (for reference I found a cork under the table), there wasn't hot water which was unacceptable when travelling with a small baby. I understand there might be occasional technical issues but it wasn't comfortable for us.

What a wonderful apartment . A friend and I were traveling from Oliva, Spain, to Portugal. The sofa bed and double bed were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was a very good size for a studio. The kitchen had everything needed for our two night stay. There was a very strong internet. Sheets and towels were provided. An easy 15-minute walk to Center City Malaga. A good tapas place is Casa Lola. Plus, I would highly recommend this charming apartment!

The property is cool but all things are old.
The mattress on bedroom bed is old and has a whole in it, really bad for 2 persons sleeping in it.

The apartment was a place to rest our heads, freshen up and make drinks and have a snack. It was a 15-20 minutes walk in to the centre
The apartment was just inside the entrance to the building. Therefore we heard everyone come and go.

The location is excellent. Only a 20 minute walknto the main centre where all the main attractions are.
The size of the rooms was OK, not big, big but cosy. with a feel of the Spanish way of life
Staff were exceptional, always happy to help with a smile on their faces.
I can't fault the place. We enjoyed our stay.

Value for money with all the essential amenities - less washing machine. Peaceful neighborhood within a few minutes away.
Instructions were in Spanish, would've been more convenient for non Spanish speakers to have a better guided process on how check in works I.e How to enter the building block.

It was noisy by the entrance door, sound proofing was poor, could hear all activity in the bathroom above. Described as bedroom separate but this wasn’t the case. This is a studio no separate bedroom
