The communication with the owner Javier. The building attendant Mahnuel was very kind and explained the surroundings and best transportation ways and locations of things asked for
The rooms were very small and the beds were a bit short, so not so comfortable for a tall person

Our apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is located in a very good neighbourhood: quiet but close to all main attractions. Javier is a wonderful host, our communication online and in person was excellent. We enjoyed our stay here!

Disappointing
For travellers or students wanting to save money, this is a good deal. If you do not mind noise or light coming in (others closing the main entrance door with a loud BANG even though the sign said 'suavemente', a group of girls coming back from a night out and proceeding to have a little party upstairs until 1am), no privacy because your door are paper thin and your conversations in the apartment can be heard in the hall, staff did not check up on basics at all (toilet paper and paper towels were by request, shockingly, and we stayed for almost a week and had to ask), and dirty towels (my partner was hesitant to use them on her private areas even after she spun one in the washing machine for extra caution), you will enjoy your stay.
However, if you have a little more money and want to stay in a place with hygiene standards and do not particularly want to recall your university days, I would recommend to stay away and find a better spot. This indeed (and unfortunately) did feel like a students' dormitory, where the roommate who lived in the apartment before you did not clean up and no one cared to inspect afterwards.
Reminder to females: I recommend that you bring your own towel.

Nice clean apartment with outside patio. Quiet. Good price. Tea, coffee making facilities with fridge and hob and microwave.
It is a little walk out of the centre but nice enough stroll.

Great location, walking distance to centre. Friendly staff. Fair sized apartment - good value for money.
Some wrong facilities listed e.g. soundproof - the walls are very thin but if you bring earplugs you sleep perfectly fine. Could've been a bit cleaner. But you pay for what you get and it was an otherwise perfect stay and would recommend

All the amenities were complete, and the receptionist was very nice and kind. We arrived earlier than check in time but he allowed us to leave our bag in our booked room and process our checkin swiftly. He was also very friendly. The hotel staffs were also amazing, we called once in the morning to checkout earlier than the supposed time and the second time to get some stuffs we accidentally left behind, at both times they sounded very friendly and nice eventhough no one was at reception. The location itself is pretty amazing as it only took less than 20 minutes to go to the city centre (Alcazaba, Catedral & Calle Larios) by foot. We did not even use the bus. In addition, the bus stop is only 3-4 mins away from the place, making it even easier to catch buses to further sides of Malaga. There is also a nearby churros breakfast place and halal kebab shop on the road next to us.
