The property is in a great location, it’s very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s on the first floor (2nd if you’re from the U.S.). There is an elevator. Overall, we had a great stay.
The Wi-Fi was terrible(20mbps down). We told the manager and we were told that a technician would come and fix the problem. Although, someone came, the problem was never fixed. We needed to work and it was a major issue for us. Also, if you use several appliances at the same time, the power might go out which happened to us a couple of times. The manager was quick to respond and help us fix the problem.
One important thing to note is that it is on a busy street, so there’s noise all day and at night the sanitation crews come at all hours. The property under the apartment was under construction which also added to the noise and we were not informed of this upon booking. We thought there was a restaurant there and were looking forward to having food very nearby. But that wasn’t the case. Non of this affected our stay in a negative way, except the Wi-Fi. Overall we enjoyed the apartment.

The apartment had everything you need, it was comfortable and clean, the location was very good, on a quiet street but just a few minutes walk and you're in the centre of the historic centre, we would definitely stay here again, a lovely place, ☺️
It was a little noisy at night but that is to be expected in such a busy vibrant city, it didn't spoil our stay at all.

Location...on busy street so be aware of road noise but great location...steps away from centre.
Spacious apartment. Booked room with balcony..Nice to have so much light.
Uncomfortable sofa.
Small mattress...pillows really need replacing.
Smell of bathroom not pleasant....covered by air airfreshener which is worse than drain smell !
Bathroom needs a refurb...very dated.

Great location, everything was within a 30 mins walk max. Loads of places to eat/drink nearby. Begona was very helpful and attentive and able to answer any questions we had. Place was well stocked with equipment etc for kitchen use. Bed was comfy.
Lots of things to see and do in the local area.
Things that the owner can't control like the noisy bin collection that seem to take place at all hours of the night. Very very noisy, however it did mean that the streets and area are very clean.

It's old with high ceilings and a sense of character, spacious but with all the usual modern convenience. The bedroom had black out shutters and I slept better than I have in a long time.
Staff support around gaining entrance and answering queries re appliances, etc., was excellent. Also provided loads of recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and sightseeing. Take a bow.
There were no negatives from my perspective.

The location was great, the apartment full of light,the bed is quite big
Unfortunately we didn't have WiFi for almost the entire stay. The hot water while shower runs out quite fast.

We arrived in difficult circumstances during bad flooding. Bergona did everything she could to help us . Despite the obvious problems we really enjoyed our stay

The apartment was absolutely pristine, very clean and has a beautiful local traditional feel. The host was brilliant and very helpful with many suggestions locally. The location of the apartment was central and food, transport and shopping was all within walking distance.
Due to the central location of the apartment, the noise from the street on weekend nights is very loud and noise insulation is minimum which makes it very hard to sleep unfortunately. Definitely would stay again though on weekdays.

Great location, great apartment! We felt at home and at peace, right within the center of Malaga. When our water cooker broke, Begoña brought us a new one within hours.
Only thing to mention is that it's a bit noisy, you could hear the other residents in the staircase. It was quiet during the night, however.

The location was excellent—safe location, within walking distance to downtown, the Marina, and the beach. The apartment was very clean. It was small, but it had everything you needed, and everything was new (cook, oven, microwave, etc.). Begona was super nice and helpful. The air conditioning was very good. There are some supermarkets nearby.
The internet was slow. If you need casual internet, it might be okay, but the internet is not good enough for serious work (conferences, etc.).

Clean, bright, close to everything we wanted to see.
Too noisy at night with the garbage collector, drunk people yelling from the bars outside. Windows and patio doors let all the loud noise through, never got a good night's sleep.
