Good location of the property near the city center. Stores near and brunch shops . In the property you have air conditioning, fridge, cooking machine, microwave, washing machine ,dishwasher etc . All the thing to have a good living. They have a garage for 15 euros 24h, but don't bring a big car it's OK for a fiat 500 or similar
The air conditioning had a bad smell and some impurities came out from him when turning ON ( need to be cleaned ASAP). The matrice of the bed was verry bad for us , I think needed to be changed, the bedroom windows was not closing right, and in the morning and nigh it was a lot of noise ( there was also a construction site near ). The TV is a smart TV but an verry old one I think I took me some time to configure my Netflix account( indeed you don't go in vacation to watch TV but I wanted to ) . The house definitely doesn't have 65 mp2 as the anoncement says . It's like a 45 .

I found this nice apartment very clean and comfortable, with all I needed in. It is in the city centre: everything is really close. Even the beach is not far and reachable easily on foot. I strongly recommend it! Thanks to the super staff!!

Begona our host was there to meet us, fantastic communication from her, very friendly and showed us all the facilities of the flat. flat was very clean and tidy with all ammenities available. situated in a nice neighbourhood within the old city, perfect

Everything was great, the checkin was very easy with good communication as I came from the airport. The location was so central. The old part of Malaga is very beautiful. Apartment was new and modern, clean with very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the stay very much.
It can be a little noisy due to its location, its a busy street bit otherwise nothing I disliked.

We loved the location. It was close to everything. Walk to the train station, down to the sea. Great restaurants close by.The style of the apartment was nice.
The floor was not very clean and there was a smell in the bathroom, I dont know whether it was the plumbing. It was not uncomfortable.

Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. She also provided with useful information for us about best places to eat and other local places. She let us leave our luggage in the flat before check-in and after check out. Overall an excellent host and a great place for our stay.

the property is really close to the city center and really easy to move around.
the property is located in a busy street where people screams all the time. next to the property there is a pizza place open 24 hours and people go there at every time of the night.there is a mix of noise of the cars and people screaming.
additional big problem is that people were screaming inside the building during the night and they switch on a light that you could see from the top window of the apartment in this way we could not sleep.
bed and pillow quality were not great

location is fabulous. extremely close to many bars and restaurants. a 20 minute walk to the beach. beds very comfortable. WiFi good enough for my husband to work. Host helpful and amenable .
could benefit from some wine glasses and a kettle
