The kitchen was very poorly kitted out. No kettle. Boiled water in a pan on the ring to make a drink.

- check in process took 40 minutes
- usually there’s no one at the reception desk
- they charged me 100€ deposit , when it wasn’t mentioned anywhere in advance
- the guy who checked me in spoke 0 English (we had to use google translate)
- the room was very different from the one provided on the picture
- when someone from the upper floor used the bathroom you could hear the flash every time so loud that at some point I thought the ceiling was leaking
- I arrived very tired and late at 10 pm and I had to leave early in the morning. I found out there is no shampoo and no shower gel, so at night I had to go and look for it somewhere
- water in the shower wasn’t hot
- no instructions were given , no wifi password, no directions to the pool (I didn’t find it so far) , etc
- there are ants in the kitchen

No transfer turned up. No body arrived at apartment all locked up when we arrived took numerous calls to finally get someone after 11pm !!! . WiFi only available on last day despite asking for codes..was told deposit was returned but once home they made numerous lies and excuses not to pay back deposit!! Still not returned to us . Would never stay here again !!!!

I like that one of the employees wait for us 30 min more to arrive.
When we arrived the employee which welcomed us told that they can’t find the booking and we was supposed to wait till they check again. The pool was small, from the pictures you can say is quite big but no , it’s not. When we paid for the room , the employee told us we need to pay 100€ more for a deposit(if we don’t trow away our rubbish or we break something to stop it). We pay 600€ in total for 5 nights, nobody came for these days to clean the room or even to give us a spare linens or towels ??On top of that nobody gives us the password for the wifi , doesn’t matter how many times I ask for it. Very disappointed and definitely we not gonna go back to waste money for nothing.

Location and nice swimming pool.
Very noisy apartment!! This was our 3rd visit here but we were very disappointed this time. We stayed in apartment 1c which was next to the main entrance. We were woken many times through the night with people coming and going and the door constantly slamming. The apartment was very dark due to a very poor balcony area with no view. We had to look at a brick wall and metal bars when we sat outside. Only 2 chairs outside in a 4 person apartment so not enough space for all to sit outside.
