Lack of climate control by hotel guest, controlled by reception. Atico rooftop restaurant must expand dinner selection . The food was not as good as others nearby

We needed more tissues so we had to use a lot of toilet paper for tissues. Also, room only had one washcloth until our last evening. Most hotels provide box of tissues and two washcloths.

Everything was fine. The location of the hotel is fantastic. A bit unfriendly for elderly or people who face difficulties climbing stairs. Otherwise, everything is very good

They collected insurance in advance 50 euro per night and they refused to take cash they insisted to take it by card they said within approximately 3 days after checkout they will refund the amount and I hope so they do

Stunning views from Rooftop!
An automated lift system for baggage would be worth an investment as there are a few steps before checkin counter from the door.
The staff indeed helps you with the luggage but would be nice to have an automated system for this. Spoils the first impression of this amazing hotel!
