Nicely designed hotel set in a central location close to a convenient metro stop. The whole process from check-in to breakfast, comfort of rooms and staff, was commendable.

location overall, late cleaning (we requested it in the afternoon and they managed to do that)
literally missing door in the bathroom, it was desgined as a slider, but between the door and the wall was about 15cm of empty space - which means all sounds, all smells, nothing protects you laying on the bed from it. As a bonus - no ventilation or no working ventilation in our room.

This is a good hotel in a quiet area. With one bus in 15 minutes, we were near the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. I liked the restaurant inside the hotel as well.
