Nice located, mainly for those that want to be next to the airport and to the main access to Madrid downtown. Comfortable rooms, nice cleaning and easy to park around for free.

Very nice hotel, clean and tidy, room cleaning every day. Rich and tasty breakfast. It is located near the metro station, so it is not a problem to get to the city center, everything is well connected

Quiet location, close to the airport, good breakfast, big beds
Minifridge did not cool, you can hear everything from the neighbourghs (even switching on the lights), small rooms, water temperature in the shower kept changing (we burnt ourselves a little)

I stayed at this hotel for just one night during a layover, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
The main issue was the bathroom setup, which was extremely impractical. The shower area had no proper enclosure or door, so as soon as the water was turned on, it would spill everywhere, making it nearly impossible to use without flooding the space. It was messy and very inconvenient.
Additionally, the lighting was a big problem. The light from the lobby and corridors constantly streamed into the room, and there was no way to block or turn it off, making it difficult to rest properly.
Overall, despite it being a short stay, it was quite an uncomfortable experience and not a place I would recommend.
