We have stayed at the Zenit before and it is always a pleasure to stay here. It is close to the airport and although this time we had a rental car, we love that you can take a metro to the hotel. It is clean and comfortable and in a local neighborhood with a Carrefour and lots of places to eat close by. The staff is friendly and professional. We had breakfast at the restaurant - whether for coffee or the full breakfast, the wait staff were lovely and met all our needs! This Zenit hotel is our 'go-to' Madrid hotel!!

Very clean and very good breakfast.
People from the reception were really nice and friendly.
Very good communication, we had a late checkout and they understood very well our need. Thank you a lot for this.
The view from our room, amazing.
The location is far from the city centre, but the metro station is at 5 minutes.
The door from the bathroom is not isolated and there is no privacy :).
The door from the room is not isolated, you hear any noise.
As said, we had a late checkout and the lady from the cleaning, entered to our room even if we were there.
Other than that, everything went well.

Calm and peaceful. Comfortable bed and there is an option to choose the right pillow for you, which is great!
