Bathroom was well equipped Plenty of lights Soft bed
Thin walls and ceilings, family above were having a party and could hear their phone calls. Also my shower was in the bath and i slipped many times. I think the main issue is noise, I also heard a couple "having a good time".

The reception staff were very kind and spoke good English. We slept well the bed was comfortable. AND the cleaning lady was absolutely amazing. We stayed in room 407, and she cleaned the room, changed the towels and bed linen every day without us even asking. She truly deserves a salary raise. The metro is just around the corner, which makes it very easy and quick to get to the city center. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we return. The only downside is that there is no balcony for smokers, and the view it was facing an interior courtyard surrounded by walls, so not very pleasant. Overall, I would still give it a 10.

Superb location in the beautiful Salamanca area! Lovely spacious clean rooms. Front desk service was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. The croissants were absolutely amazing here! We didn’t expect hotel croissants to be so good, but they were!! Wow!
