The location is walking distance from the train station - a long walk, but doable. Nice modern rooms. Very quiet soundproofing.
The room was lit up at night, because of various sensor lights and the mirrors reflecting them. Bed mattress is too firm for side sleepers.

Great location, great staff and the room was very big and nicely finished.
We had to move rooms because we could hear the subway (my wife is a light sleeper). The staff immediately moved us up and floor and were very helpful.

Comfy bed and spacious room
Poor soundproofing from the windows — outside noise comes through quite clearly.
No slippers or bathrobes provided in the room.
A large staircase at the entrance with no assistance offered for carrying luggage upstairs.

The hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming, they gave us recommendations for dining, and the room was perfect. Shower was like a spa and the bed was so comfortable! The location was also perfect for exploring Madrid on foot and getting to the major art museums. 10/10 stay!

Location was brilliant.
Buffet breakfast great. Coffee delicious.
