Wonderful
Location- very central- close to all plazas- great walk ability- restaurants and shopping near by -staff was amazing!
Although the blackout curtains were great the lack of soundproofing was very evident as the hotel was situated on the plaza

Great hotel located right in front of Plaza de España and 1 minute walk away from Gran Vía. The staff was super friendly, the room impeccable, and the breakfast buffet quite rich and varied. I'd definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, many options were available for dining, shopping and many more. The rooftop offered a beautiful scenery of the city texture of Madrid; moreover, the pool and bar made it even more delightful. The breakfast was fantastic!

Poor
Nice design and rooms.
Terrible and hostile customer service. The staff treated us in a highly derogatory manner just for moving a chair on the terrace. Later, we wanted to enjoy the complimentary champagne provided by the hotel on the terrace, and staff aggressively questioned why we were drinking it there. After an argument, they refused to serve us and called security. The security guard was completely contemptuous, telling us to go drink in our room or "go home."To make matters worse, the manager's response the next day was incredibly dismissive. He gave us a brief, basic apology, claiming he was "investigating the case" without offering any real solution. Avoid this hotel if you expect basic respect and hospitality.

Very Good
The location is excellent and the facilities are spacious.
The hotel is understaffed in the breakfast room; either that or the waiters avoid to make eye contact to avoid being asked for service. In addition, the omelets served are undercooked inside and kind of burnt on the outside. This was consistent during our stay.

The location is its best attribute. Very clean and the staff was very helpful.
Noise from the hall was very loud. Couldn’t bring in food from the outside and eat in the lobby. Rooms were small and overpriced. Can’t access the restaurant from the hotel elevator.
