Disappointing
The staff were the only best thing in this hotel
The bathroom smells very bad, they changed my room & still the other room has the same issue. For a 5 star hotel & with this price, I shouldn’t be facing for these minor issues.

Location, cleanliness, and comfort.
Room was a bit tight for a deluxe family room. Pool experience could be improved. They quickly kick you out after 7pm, but you can't just go sit and finish your drink or food in the roof restaurant. They kick you out of that as well for not having a reservation as it is open to the public. Staff in the roof bar and pool could be a bit friendlier. Breakfast needs some improvement for a five star hotel in terms of variety and selection.

Room size, quality of toiletries, design
Tv options, no BBC or CNN or Arte. ( at least not in the first 6 rows of options). Glad AlJazeera and TV5 monde were included. Breakfast option was too expensive so we did not take it.
