We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was very close to the metro. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt very luxurious and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout our time here.

Great and attentive personel, spacious and clean room, perfect location close to metro, many bars, shops around.
The view from the room was heading a backyard of other buildings. The breakfast could have a wider variety of food.

I rarely visit a hotel where I 100% satisfied! This one even exceeded my expectations. Perfect: Good and diverse breakfast with healthy and high quality dishes, Perfect location at a metro junction near to the city. Friendly staff and clean modern excellent rooms! Cannot wish any better than this!

The location is good. Close to the metro and other facilities. The room was reasonable and clean.
This was the weirdest stay at a 4 star hotel in a major european city: we arrived at night around 21:00, after our room was booked and approved through booking.com. When we arrived, my 12 y.o. son and me, the reception started looking for a room for us. We were given a room and paid the whole fare up front per the Clark's request. As we entered the room with the card key, it was immediately apparent that there were people staying in the room! They were sleeping and I quickly closed the door and went back to the reception desk. After a short apology I was given a new room. We entered the lift and it went up half a floor and... bang. It got stuck. It took a good several minutes after I pressed and pressed the alarm until we were let out. At this stage, had it not been almost 22:00 and with an alarmed young boy, would have just walked out. The desk clerk apologized and said that he would give us a free breakfast (we did not wish to include breakfast and I turned the offer down). He then took us to our room, this time we actually got there.
In the room there was no kettle, only an espresso machine and 2 capsule (first night complimentary, next would be charged - cheap for a 4 star hotel). Same goes for the minibar - which was empty, except for 2 cokes and 2 small bottles of water, same arrangement re cost. There was however a minibar pricelist, for non-existent on the main part, items. I had asked to speak to the manager immediately, but as this was a Friday evening I was told he was unavailable till Monday morning. I was not able to get him to talk to me on the phone either (same answer re the reception manager). The clerk did bring a kettle immediately at my request.
The following stay turned out to be reasonable. No complaints about the room. The staff tried hard to be friendly after the initial fiasco, so I don't know if it was due to it, or as a standard.
On Monday I finally got to speak, at my insistence, to Ramon the manager.

Authentic Spanish local neighbourhood, quiter suburb with convenient shops bars and restaurants

The staff were very nice and helpful. The Hotel was modern and clean. The room was very nice. It was located close to a metro station with many shops nearby and was easy to get to and from the airport.
The different floors were not separated, so you could hear people shouting, running around and slamming doors throughout the Hotel. The sound also echoed, so it was very loud. On the weekend, this continued into the early hours of the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
