Unfortunately, we were not informed that breakfast only begins at 8AM. As we had to leave early on our last day, this meant we were unable to have breakfast at all, which was disappointing.
Additionally, there was a miscommunication between the hotel team and the restaurant that resulted in a delay during our checkout. It was later clarified that the issue originated from your end, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Perfect location, the hotel is located in a quiet street near Paseo de Recoletos, it’s close to restaurants, El Prado Museum and the Thyssen Gallery, National library, Barrio de Salamanca shopping, Retiro Park, etc. The staff is very professional and helpful.
