Even though it’s far from the more attractive touristic areas, bus stops and Metro were nearby!
Teh bathroom with doors hard to operate, the shower had a glass wall to small to prevent the water to get to the bathroom floor…

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and everything was great. The breakfasts were quite good — better than in most hotels for a one-night stay. If I’m in Madrid again, I would definitely come back to this hotel. It is a bit on the pricey side, though.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Hotel is on a quiet street that is walking distance to nice restaurants and shops.
Upon our return to the hotel in the afternoon, we found our door was left open. After looking around we realised that housekeeping came to tidy our room however did not make sure the door was closed when they exit.
In addition to above I expected the water and coffee to be replaced daily (as per my experience with similar hotels) but we were charged for extra water and coffee capsules when we requested them in the later days.

The hotel’s facilities are excellent, with high-quality, comfortable bedding. The room is spacious, and the layout is very well designed and functional.
The main drawback is that it’s a bit far from the main tourist areas, so it’s not as lively or convenient as the area around the Royal Palace in Madrid.

The hardware and facilities are outstanding.
They don’t offer free luggage storage and there’s a charge if you leave it overnight. I stayed for four days in two separate bookings and was away for one night in between, but since I returned the next day, I was still charged to store my luggage. This came as a surprise to me, as this service is usually free in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and South America. However, after checking, it seems this isn’t uncommon in Europe, so it may not be a major issue.

The hotel apartment was very clean. Good location but not excellent. A little far from main parts but nice. Staff were friendly
The TV was awful. Not any international channels even CNN, BBC and worse than it, there was not a smart tv so you can’t connect your phone to it and watch your favorite channels. For such a hotel and in Madrid, you expect more. The breakfast was very very normal. Not so many stuffs and for 15 euro you can have much more better choices out there. Also there was a sink with no dishwasher liquid or dish sponge. And the worst was that there was no electric kettle in the room. So we couldn’t drink tea in the room. ???I don’t drink coffee sometimes I boiled water in a pan ? and made tea.

The hotel was overall very quiet and the rooms were very spacious and equipped with a mini kitchenette. I was unsure of what size the "double bed" was, so we asked for a room with 2 beds and it was 2 double beds which was nice. The room had a decent amount of storage space as well for a few days.
Rooms included 2 coffees, milk, 2 waters and were replenished every day. The room was also very clean and the beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly. The AC was switched off for the season and the room was a bit warm to me, but the windows were able to open.
There is an option to order food/drinks to your room and the front desk also has some items for sale you might want/need (i.e. wine/beer/soft drinks, etc.). But I do not think the hotel itself has a "restaurant" or bar, but there was an affiliated one next door (I did not try it).
The hotel is a good location but not a ton is around if you are looking for night life. It was a short walk to the metro though. Since there wasn't a ton right around, it was quiet.
I don't think there was a tea kettle, which would have been nice to have. But there was a microwave. Otherwise no complaints, it was perfect for a short stay.

everything was great, location was good, very central, near the place I was attending so had walking distance everywhere, safe area. room was good and big with good light. I would definitely come back!
