The room is spacious. The staffs are very helpful. There is parking right next to the hotel. There is a lovely garden in the back that you can walk as well.

Friendly and informative staff, great location for food, groceries and transportation. Rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, very dark for a good night's sleep, quiet.
Ensuite and toilet doors are so heavy, our 7 year old struggles to open on their own.

Very large, clean room! Quiet neighborhood close to public transit.
Large rooms allowed plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable!

Large room, have kitchen facilities, nice staffs
Too expensive, $400 a night would definitely not worth it, no breakfast included, no facilities at all, not a good house keeping. The house keeping was the worst part that they even were not replacing towels or pillow covers

Wonderful
Very clean and new property. The in room facilties are good with a kitchenette, microwave and utensils etc. Bathroom is spacious. And particularly liked the lounge area in the room to rest after a long day of exploring. Neighbourhood vibes and not touristy area so if you like to get a feel for how locals live, this is a great area.
It is a bit of a walk to the main shopping area thats salamanca or goya.

Trash being collected at midnight, 3am, 5 am, 5:15am and 5:30am. It felt as though our bedroom had been lowered on to a noisy factory floor. Extremely hard bed Light switches complicated IE one either side of bed which switched off all the lights in the room and bathroom..not necessary.

Nice modern hotel with good size well furnished rooms which include a kitchenette and well appointed en-suite shower with separate w.c.
Location in a nice neighbourhood a comfortable walking distance from shopping in Calle de Velazquez and Serrano but some way (1hr on foot) from the old town (although we enjoyed the walk back after supper). Plenty of nice looking bars and restaurants close to the hotel if preferred although a short taxi ride into the centre if considered too far.
