It was clean and modern with a great location. The roof top and restaurant were a great meet up point.
It lacked a nice gym. The add advertised a fitness center but it was just a room with a few pieces of equipment.

The location is amazing. Room design is not very nice and the rooms look outdated. The hotel has no facilities: lobby is tiny so there isn’t a space to spend time or wait.
I was there during a heat wave, the rooms are air conditioned but the AC is barely good.

Small rooms… weak air conditioning… strange photos hanged and used suggest that this is more of a love hotel than a hotel for a family with kids…

Location is great, Room was clean, rooftop is nice.
There was some construction work from around 12 until 6PM, was a bit annoying as i was trying to take a nap, but it seems to be temporary and landed on the day am staying there, but still, i wouldn’t mind booking this hotel again.

The internet was excellent, the breakfast was lovely. Thank you, Tom, Mark, and Esther, they helped me book my train ticket to Madrid in the best and cheapest way possible. Mark also waited for the taxi that would take me to the train station outside the hotel in the sun, and they also helped me move to another room when it became clear that my room needed air conditioning repair, Thank you so much.
The price may be high during this period.

The location is awesomely central - everything is a walking distance away, the staff was always very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was a fantastic way to start our days. Oh, and the rooftop bar is amazing, too.
the hotel is a bit on the pricey side, but great value for all it offers.

Perfect location, clean room, quiet place in the middle of the city, friendly and helpful staff
ROOF top was one of tge deciding points fir booking, but it was not available for us during most of tge days because of private parties. That was disappointing

Nice and simple and in the middle of Madrid, great location I stayed in one of the nicest rooms in the hotel high zone balcony very nice during the nighttime and the rooftop is really nice
The only thing I don’t like about the properties that I had no pool, but I knew that before I got there
