Perfect location to visit the city, lots of restaurants in the area.
Despite on the Gran Via it was silent and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Internal sliding doors might require some maintenance.

So clean, comfortable bed, great location, kind staff, shower with two heads.
Everything was perfect except when we tried to use the shower it immediately overflowed and flooded the bathroom within literally two minutes. So that kind of ruined a relaxing experience. The shower was so awesome and my partner and I were excited to be able to shower at the same time comfortably but it didn’t work out

We would like to give special thanks to the lobby staff member who assisted us during our stay. She was incredibly helpful during check-out, especially when we faced difficulties due to the road closures. She went out of her way to coordinate with the security team and police to help us reach the airport safely, and we truly appreciated her support and kindness.
However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Room service was quite slow, and the overall service experience could be more efficient. The rooftop bar’s policy of closing after 11 PM was also disappointing, as it limited our ability to enjoy the facilities in the evening.
Regarding housekeeping, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. The room interiors and decor also feel outdated, especially considering the high price of the stay. For the rates charged, we expected more modern rooms, better upkeep, and a higher overall standard.
Overall, we truly appreciated the exceptional assistance from the lobby staff, but we believe the hotel could significantly improve its service speed, room quality, and value for money.
