Excellent hotel in the heart of Madrid, from the moment one walks into the hotel it's a wonderful experience by every element possible. The staff are welcoming and warm, the lobby and the overall design is very modern and stylish. The rooms are super cozy and convenient, the bed is really comfortable and the shower as well. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant and breakfast. I went dinning in the hotel's restaurant a few times and it was better than some restaurants in madrid's city center itself. I couldn't have chosen a better hotel than this. Absolutely recommended!

Breakfast can be a bit better quality.. Garbage recycling instructions a bit confusing and doesn't really make sense. Having several clearly labled container side by side would be so much easier.

Absolutely everything! The rooms are dark at night, soundproof, the bathroom, the living room, all the little details like the kit left for our toddler. The staff was amazing. We loved everything about this hotel.

Very Poor
Despite all the glowing reviews saying their service goes above and beyond, my experience was the opposite. When I truly needed help, they were nowhere to be found. Extremely disappointing.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to explore the area. The design is beautiful and modern, and the overall atmosphere feels very pleasant. The service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality food. Overall, the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
At times, we could hear noise coming from the street, mainly ambulance sirens. In the bathroom, we felt that an extra shelf near the sink was missing and would have been useful. Additionally, the room is slightly small — as a couple, we didn’t have enough space to fully open two suitcases comfortably.

Great location, around restaurants, bars and walking distance to shops and places of interest. Room was not big but enough for 2 people, bathroom amazing with all needed amenities. We had room with big windows and facing the road but the noise cancelation was top, as we didn’t hear anything. The staff are very friendly and accommodative also communication was never a problem as they speak perfect English, also they made for us small B-day surprise.

This hotel is perfect in many ways, but what truly stands out is the staff. Everyone was genuinely helpful, kind, and made us feel very much at home. When my husband became ill on our second night in Madrid, the team was incredibly supportive—accommodating our room needs, offering natural remedy drinks, and checking in on him almost daily. Their care and attention made a difficult situation much easier for us. Thank you to everyone at Vincci The Mint for such thoughtful hospitality.
