Th location. Grt design. Breakfast was very good. And the rooftop bar is a nice place to have a drink.
The payment process is the reason I am not scoring The Mint more highly. They took full payment when I booked despite booking.com saying Id pay at the hotel. I was told this was normal and the amount was eventually returned to my account. The full amount was again taken from my account 2-3 days before we arrived and I had to pay again when we arrived. I am still waiting for the refund of the second block. Ive never experienced this and probably would not stay at a Vincci hotel again as a result.
