The property was near all the things we wanted to do while on the trip. The room was clean and also very quiet in spite of being near the elevator. The staff members were all accommodating and pleasant. They stored our luggage for several hours after check out time.

Our stay here was perfect - ALL the staff were so lovely we encountered, the room was so lovely, spacious and the breakfast each morning was so amazing and great value as it was A La Carte but you ordered as much as you wanted from the menu. Will be staying here again next time we’re in Madrid as the location is also perfectly located between everything we wanted to see and do!

Everything about this hotel is a mess. First off all the lady at reception is very rude and doesn’t wanna help at all. She looks cranky. Hotel check in at 3pm and it doesn’t say anywhere before you book it.
