We arrived in the morning, well before check in. The staff was very receptive and friendly, they took our luggage and phone number so that they could call us when our room was ready. Our room was great. Loved the walk-in shower! The hooks along the wall next to the entry door made it so convenient for purses, jackets, hats, etc. Why doesn't every hotel do that? We also loved the roof-top bar, and there the staff was lovely as well. They went out of their way to get me a blanket on a chilly night. We are breakfast in the hotel once and it was very good. Not a buffet, we ordered off the menu.
We loved everything and look forward to coming back!

The best hotel for me and my wife, location is perfect and breakfast is untill 14.00, unbelivable!
A bit uncomfortable to work with notebook, but this hotel is not for work< but for the enjoying the life

Great staff. Very helpful, professional, and friendly. Whether it was reception, housekeeping, breakfast, or the bar upstairs... everything was done very well and with a smile. Thank you.
The room was excellent. A good design, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was brilliant. We slept very well. The bathroom was very good too, with plenty of space and a nice rain shower. The breakfast was delicious. A varied menu and great service. We really appreciated the breakfast being available till quite late in the day.
The location couldn't be any better.
We'd love to come back.

Breakfast superb and some of the waiters were fantastic with a smile.

Room was good.
Some of the waiters were less friendly without a smile. One of them firstly registered a guest for the breakfast and then she jumped over to the next guest and showed that guest a table in another room. The first guest was still standing waiting to be seated and served.

Good location, close to metro and walking distance to galleries. The reception helped us to move room after the first night - we were in a room overlooking the Gran Via and the road noise stopped me from sleeping, but they allowed us to move to a room with a window to the internal courtyard. Roof top bar was very cool.
Breakfast was served 'a la carte' but there were not enough staff. Getting refills of drinks or additional food items was difficult. Not a relaxing experience. The first bedroom we were given was very noisy.
