Excellent location (close to 'everything'), but quiet, comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful and efficient staff, good service. The rooftop-bar is very nice. All in all a good option for visiting Madrid.
No restaurant, limited breakfast options (no buffet), Drinks at the rooftop-bar are not what you expect at this level: Whatever you order, the main ingredient seems to be water. (Drinks are too expensive.)

The rooftop bar was a fun but pricey place to grab an afternoon drink and snack. The morning breakfast was good as was the location. Coming out of the heat of a Madrid afternoon the mint fragrance upon entering the hotel was very refreshing.
The rooms are a bit cramped and the bathroom could use a refresh.

Roof top bar/restaurant was whimsical and had a fantastic view. Hotel was cozy and boutique ish! Location was perfect for walking to most “sights” and Restaurants. Staff was always very helpful w great recommendations.

Breakfast was great and service wonderful .
Bed very comfortable , bathroom nice but just a little narrow to sit and only enough room for one chair . Compared to the Principal Hotel (which we normally stay ) I would pick this again .
