Great hotel and location. Suites are big and beautiful, with great terraces. Staff is fantastic. Spa is a bit small but treatments and massages are wonderful. Good room service options too.
Spa is pretty small, mostly a pool and a sauna; no cold plunge.

Comfortable beds, good darkening shades, spa services, walkable location. The bathroom was exceptional.
The bathroom garbage bin was awkward, that's all I can think of!

Location is unbeatable, right in the center of Madrid, bordering Chueca and Malasaña (two of my favorite neighborhoods), but in a quiet area. Pretty much everything is within walking distance.
The bed is extremely comfortable.
It was exactly what I expected. Very recommended.
The lights in the bathroom should be on a dimmer. They were too harsh when waiking up in the middle of the night.

URSO was an amazing place for our first night of vacation. We really enjoyed the breakfast and pool before heading out to explore Madrid before catching the train.

It is Not my first time staying at Urso and will not be the last. I love this hotel. Breakfast is awesome with healthy available options. Staff is attentive and atmosphere iat the lobby is glamorous perfect spot for a cocktail before heating the road. Location is also very good.
