The lobby area and surroundings could be taken care. The two areas on the side of the main entrance looks like an abandoned building.

Nice location and clean apartments
We stayed at an apartment on the 1st floor and since the heat was on and no AC was available, we had to open the windows and it was too noisy. The is a bar around the corner and the street is very active until late night.

The location was great. The room was very clean.
There were no extra blankets or pillows. One evening was quite cold and I requested an extra blanket which was brought - this was fine. I had to wait over 8 hrs for more toilet paper. This should be easier to recieve!

super clean, apart from the smell
Our family of 5 arrived to find our 2BR apartment stank like the inside of a port-a-potty, so strong we could not possibly stay there; we left immediately while the staff attempted to "fix" the problem; came back hours later to find they had just opened the windows and sprayed an extremely strong perfume to try to cover the stench, which made it hard to breathe inside. Finally they agreed to move us to a smaller 1BR apartment at a different location and asked me for my IBAN, promising me a partial refund. Arrived to the new location and our door code didn't work, there were no blankets on the beds, and not enough towels for our group. The heat didn't work AT ALL the entire stay, and it was COLD in the apartment. Finally two weeks later, received a meager refund of 91 euros out of the 655 we paid. What a joke. We chose to stay here initially because we had had an excellent experience at Libere in Valencia two years earlier, but we will not be back.

Wonderful
Worked out very well for our group of four adults and two children. We were only there for one night so everything was easy and great. If we were staying longer it might have felt a little tight because we needed to pull out the soda in the living room for the children’s bed.

The apartment was clean and well decorated. Very comfortable.

1- It’s modern, clean, relaxing and cosy place to stay.
2- the room Key, reception, services, parking and everything you need is in a special phone App.
1- the smell of Madrid sewage in some of the rooms !!! I know it’s normal in some places in Europe but this is the thing I didn’t like.

There was a problem with our room and the personel reacted very well and solved the issue the following day. The location was also very good, close to 2 metro stations you could easily reach places of interest.
Our room had a problem that we saw at the end of our first day of visit. There was no reception, everything was activated electronically, I also downloaded their application but I do not want to add applications to my phone just to access rooms. The main entrance of the building could not be unlocked using the phone, you had to put the 8 digit code every time. Perhaps older people will have a problem with all this automation. The breakfast was rather poor in a nearby cafe.

The apartment is located in an amazing and quiet area, we got swift replies from the staff on everything we asked. The apartment is clean and adequately spaced for a family.
The bedding is uncomfortable and needs to be of better quality.

Rooms was good size and nice.
Noise from the lobby and corridors until late (there were kids screaming), the door seem to not insulate noise, and lack of Reception doesn't help.
Though paid, I could not profit from breakfast at a near caffé as they serve food from 9am, and I had to have breakfast earlier than 9..

Location is good，chamberi is a nice、safe area in madrid. Staffs are nice，they are always online if you need any help. Also the clean set to be ready in the kitchen，that is so sweet.
My room is 701，air condition did not work，just did only one time. There was rain and rain，cold and wet when I was in madrid.

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms, kitchenette is a bonus. Son was at the Atletico Madrid match, so we were looking for something near metro line 7. Carrefour is right around the corner, the location is very safe. The hotel exceeded our expectations, it is definitely 4 stars. Self check in is nice, as is luggage storage. We just didn't know how to turn on the air conditioning, but that was our fault. I give 100 points out of ten ?
