Wonderful
Good location, right next to a metro station and a supermarket, quite neighborhood. The apartment was nicely organized, clean and tidy, well equipped for a few days stay.

Very easy check-in. The door code and room number was sent by email. We paid extra for early check-in, and the room was ready at noon. The room was clean and a good size for a family with 2 young kids. The AC worked superbly for the whole apartment, which is most important thing for the summer. The hotel is close to several Metro stations, so it is easy to use different metro lines. Close to supermarket and restaurants.
A few more kitchen equipment would be great, e.g. cutting board and big knife. Laundry detergent and dish washing tablet was only enough for 1 load.

Very clean and spacious place. The location is excellent and close to the subway. Despite the hotel has no reception, there is somebody available over the phone 24/7.
The mattresses were not comfortable.

Modern apartment. Well equipped. Spacious. Clean. Good location. Supermarket nearby. Easy check in and check out. Helpful staff.
Beds were very light and unstable.
No iron.(staff suggested to bring one).
No towel change (booked 3 nights) - had to wash the towels. a laundry machine was available but it took over 5 hours to wash and dry.
Drying procedure was very noisy. Wasted too much time on it.
Breakfast was served in a café nearby - we didn't know that by the time of booking.

We heard a lot of noise in the walls. My husband thought there was a racoon. Then we figured out it was the water from the above unit, so we wondered if it was a leak. The noise was annoying.

The lobby area and surroundings could be taken care. The two areas on the side of the main entrance looks like an abandoned building.

We stayed at an apartment on the 1st floor and since the heat was on and no AC was available, we had to open the windows and it was too noisy. The is a bar around the corner and the street is very active until late night.

The location was great. The room was very clean.
There were no extra blankets or pillows. One evening was quite cold and I requested an extra blanket which was brought - this was fine. I had to wait over 8 hrs for more toilet paper. This should be easier to recieve!

super clean, apart from the smell
Our family of 5 arrived to find our 2BR apartment stank like the inside of a port-a-potty, so strong we could not possibly stay there; we left immediately while the staff attempted to "fix" the problem; came back hours later to find they had just opened the windows and sprayed an extremely strong perfume to try to cover the stench, which made it hard to breathe inside. Finally they agreed to move us to a smaller 1BR apartment at a different location and asked me for my IBAN, promising me a partial refund. Arrived to the new location and our door code didn't work, there were no blankets on the beds, and not enough towels for our group. The heat didn't work AT ALL the entire stay, and it was COLD in the apartment. Finally two weeks later, received a meager refund of 91 euros out of the 655 we paid. What a joke. We chose to stay here initially because we had had an excellent experience at Libere in Valencia two years earlier, but we will not be back.

Wonderful
Worked out very well for our group of four adults and two children. We were only there for one night so everything was easy and great. If we were staying longer it might have felt a little tight because we needed to pull out the soda in the living room for the children’s bed.

1- It’s modern, clean, relaxing and cosy place to stay.
2- the room Key, reception, services, parking and everything you need is in a special phone App.
1- the smell of Madrid sewage in some of the rooms !!! I know it’s normal in some places in Europe but this is the thing I didn’t like.

There was a problem with our room and the personel reacted very well and solved the issue the following day. The location was also very good, close to 2 metro stations you could easily reach places of interest.
Our room had a problem that we saw at the end of our first day of visit. There was no reception, everything was activated electronically, I also downloaded their application but I do not want to add applications to my phone just to access rooms. The main entrance of the building could not be unlocked using the phone, you had to put the 8 digit code every time. Perhaps older people will have a problem with all this automation. The breakfast was rather poor in a nearby cafe.
