Disgusting hotel and it wasn't cheap! Only good point it's close to the airport. Our flight was cancelled due to winds but I regret not going back to the city at the hotel I was previously at.
The bed had been slept in and the room had a bad odour (they knew because the balcony door was slightly opened when we arrived in the room). The hotel is run-down. The towels are bare, they've been used so many times. The bath water was rusty before running clear.

This hotel was very convenient for a one day stopover flying out of the Madrid airport. There is a free shuttle from the airport and the hotel is convenient to many bus lines and the subway. My room was very comfortable and clean with a very nice bathroom and shower. Honestly, I wish I was staying longer so I could have enjoyed it a bit more.

the location, its close to the airport
I arrived before midnight, extremely tired, and all I needed was to rest. Unfortunately, the room I was initially assigned had hair on the bedsheets, and the room phone was not working. I had to carry my luggage all the way back to reception to request a room change.
To my surprise, there was no complimentary water provided, which is standard in most hotels. Instead, I was forced to purchase a very small bottle of water from the minibar at an unreasonably high price.

Location was good, close to airport (but was still quiet), short walk into the town. Shuttle service available to & from airport, where you can also catch a train. Bus stops are close to hotel.
Lots of restaurants options in the town. The restaurant in the hotel is good and so is the morning buffet. The bathtub is very long and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Will stay here again when I fly back home.

Atmosphere comfort and cleanliness.
The manager yelled and embarrassed me twice over missing my transfer. He kept yelling to look at the clock , couldn't I tell time ! I think it is because I'm American. I was very disrespected ! Would not stay there again

Facilities are ok
The staff was rude. I forgot my charger in the property and called the hotel 1hr after leaving and they didn’t look for it and after insisting they just told me they didn’t find. No excuses, no explanation. I didn’t go anywhere else during my stay so it could’ve only be in the room.

The location is good, shuttle to airport is a plus. Very convenient to take a bus to city center. Staff are very nice/friendly and professional. The property is clean and comfortable. I will recommend and will stay again.
It would be nice if the bottle water would be complementary and not too expensive for a small bottle of water.

Bathroom door was solid wood, YAY! And it was NOT a GLASS door (that lights up the whole hotel room when using the toilet during the night and shares every noise …. an awful design concept). Please do not follow this new trend and keep your wood doors!
No outdoor area to relax, as we were old it was closed for the season. Yet, the weather was lovely to sit outside upon check-in/arrival. We walked in town and found outdoor seating.

Very responsive staff. Very good breakfast. Very clean.
Booked a room for 3. 3rd bed wasnt great. 3 hand towels but 2 bath towels. Also only 2 glasses in the room. We booked for 3 but wxcept for the 3rd bed the room was prepped for 2. We called housekeeping and they probably delivered what was missing but it should have been there when we arrived

Great place to stay if needing to get to airport.
Clean. Good restaurant. Bathtub in room! Spacious compared to other places. We would return.
