Location, staff friendliness, clean
A bit lifeless, bare walls, small TV, clogged shower, super small sink, weird smell in the room, like insecticide maybe? A place to spend a night, max 2, not intended for leisure or longer stays. Overpriced for the quality.

Excellent location in the city center. Very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast is not various but very delicious. Silent room. Staff is helpful.
Some toiletries were missing. Bathroom is a bit narrow. Additional bed was uncomfortable.

The size of the room and friendly staff
We had no hot water at night the 1st 2 nights, even when I reported the issue the 1st night, I was told we would be sent someone in the morning to fix it and it didnt happen, the second night I was taking a night shower with almost cold water and the room under us started to get water in their bathroom and it was not until that happened when we got someone to fix it

Functional, but clean and quiet which were much appreciated.
Don't expect charm! Breakfast was primarily carbohydrates and ham. Fresh fruit etc. would have been nice.

This hotel is close to everything — attractions, restaurants, stores, coffee shops, parks, you name it! The staff is kind and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious and offered something for every taste. Great coffee too!
The room was soundproof — we briefly heard a baby crying in the hallway, but once the door was closed, total silence. I had schoolwork to do and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Plenty of hot water and a well-functioning AC.
My favorite part was the massive patio. I’m probably coming back to Madrid, and I’ll definitely book here again!

Location was excellent. Room was fine. Breakfast was good, however, the breakfast area was not very good -- I was feeling cold air with every opening of the hotel doors at the entrance.
The staff need to be better trained to smile and to be outgoing, to show enthusiasm in helping customers.
