We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 pm on a Sunday and we were starving. We asked the front desk staff for a restaurant suggestion we could walk to and he wasn't very helpful (but very friendly!) or knowledgeable about what was around. My husband asked him if the bar across the street served food and he said no. We walked across the street and WOW what a little gem this turned out to be!! The bar was german in nature and the girl behind the bar was friendly and sweet. We sat outside and she offered us a menu and it was the most delicious food (and yes, I informed the front desk for future guests!). Our room was roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable and it was a king. The included breakfast in the morning was absolutely lovely. I highly recommend this hotel - only 10 min. from the airport.

The Air conditioner was good. Slightly spacious. Nothing else is positive
Almost everything. Not clean. excessive bleach odor coming from bathroom. Looks like they cleaned the mold with bleach. Bath is horrible. Bathtub is very narrow and it is also shower cubicle. Unclean and possible mold on the edges. Dull and outdated. It is not worth the price. The air conditioner was switched off. I have to complain for each and every issue. They do not do anything citing how full the hotel is. Whole Madrid is a scam. I did not like the stay. Breakfast is basic. Located is busy area. So, you can't open window if the air conditioner is not enough or not working. No sound proofing. Avoid this place. Not worth it.

The people, staff can really make a big difference in your reservation. We went on a long weekend, it was a holiday and people was really nice, helpful, and great customer service.
Maybe adding a tv where you can add your Netflix or prime video account would be great

Had everything that you needed for a perfect stay. Perfectly priced and modern conveniences. Easy check in room sound proof ( on a main st and did not here anything from outside) slept beautifully. Ordered room service between 8-10 pm absolutely delicious and also reasonably priced . Everything simple clean and efficient! There was even coffee available at 5 am in the breakfast room ( before breakfast started) so you can grab a coffee to go to the airport. Amazing local shops and restaurants . Transportation is also spot on. # 200 bus from T1 at airport takes you within 2-3 blocks of the hotel. I was very happy and will return. Can walk to everything.

Usually there are no gluten free options at precious hotels, but they had the option in their continental breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise.

The staff was stupendous – everybody we dealt with was easy-going, communicative, and attentive. The premises were clean and corresponded to our expectations. The rooms were wide and clean, the bed and bedding was just right. The breakfast was diverse and tasteful.

The room was good, clean, location was 3 min from metro and bus to airport is just one stop, 40 min metro to the city centre. There was a small gym and plenty of sunbeds by the pool.
Breakfast often was cold, eggs tasteless and missed eggs on some days. Hard to find cups and glasses.

Great location: just 5-minute walk to the subway and a bus station and a 7-minute 1-stop trip to the airport. Close to Marcadonna (local supermarket) just 8-minute walk. Amazing 10 out of 10 breakfast: everything you need is there (hot omelet with veggies and sausage; hamon, cheese and tortilla; toasts, croissants and pastry; fresh fruits; granola; fresh orange juice).
The room wasn't ideally clean: some dust on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived. Also, the furniture is outdated but the bed was comfy.

The location was good for us because we needed the rest. Street parking was easily accessible. Great gym in the hotel.
The room was in the smaller size for this hotel Brand and the 2 staff personnel in the Breakfast area were not sufficient for such a large hotel.

The evening staff was very unhelpful - didn't know of any restaurants open - said there were none, but we did fine one on our own. Didn't know the hours of own hotel kitchen. Very negative

Close to metro you can reach the center in 35-40mins , clean room , swimming pool was great , nearby a couple of shops and bars where you can sit with locals .
