Easy to access from the airport and in a very quiet neighbourhood with some nice cafes around

The hotel is very close to the airport 20 minutes by bus, but in the same time there is a metro close to the hotel that brings us to the center. The hotel was Ok, the room was as expected, clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception was quickly replying to us.
In the hotel there was really cold - we were there in the beginning of October, there were no heating, which is Ok but would be good to know in advance. The breakfast is middle quality.

I booked this hotel thinking it was the chain's airport location. It was not...but the location turned out to be just right for us after all. We stayed for 4 nights as a base to get in and out of Madrid city by metro. The station was close to our hotel, so it made moving around so convenient, the trips in/out were not that long, and fun to get to hang out with local commuters. The hotel location was near the Canillejas stop, a simple city suburb, with a few good options for caffe, tapas, and dinner. Nothing fancy, very local. There were no real attractions in the area, so we did daily trips into Madrid. Overall, the room was super clean, and very comfortable. Excellent service. Staff was so friendly and helpful...all at a fraction of the cost of hotels and stays inside the city. We would do this again if we return.
Nothing to really dislike. It was a good stay at a good hotel at a great rate. Maybe a coffee machine in the room would be helpful, but we don't always use those and there are local places who can use the business.

Stayed there for one night. The room was big with lots of facilities, it was clean, close to restaurants, kiosks and stores, and most importantly close to the airport.
The keys to the room was not working so the receptionist had to open the door for us every time we went out. It was not the most convenient solution but it worked although a bit annoying.

We were there for the Spanish Grand Prix. Location was very good. Pool and bar area were good: snack food and environment; a pleasant 3-star service. Barman was an absolute delight. Breakfast was pretty good.
This is not a 4-star hotel. There weren’t even tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Bathrooms were old; no extractor fan for the shower. We understand that the GP inflated the prices, but it really wasn’t worth what we paid.
