Clean and close to stadium. coffee was good.
room was too warm, airco does not work, smoke detector blinks red light at night every 2 min, very noisy outside when sleeping with window open. Breakfast too expensive, all 'warm' food were cold as they are not placed under heaters like pancakes, crosissant with cheese....churros etc.

professional staff, CLEANLINESS (5*), Location next to stadium, great amenities, comfort. Breakfast looked great even if I did not have it.
Basic rooms - functional but very bare and not cosy. Fine for us because we just needed a bed but rather depressing if need to stay longer in room. Bed looks like a camp bed. Large empty room space - could be used for bigger wardrobe or comfortable chair (Room 219). Too noisy as exactly opposite 3 lifts and too much light coming from corridor. Ask for quiet room and you will have a decent stay.
