The decor was very industrial/modern, but the bed was comfortable. The window opened onto a private gap between the rooms or buildings. The rain shower had excellent pressure and deliciously hot water. It's very close to a Metro stop and the best place have have churros.
The room was wasn't spacious, but the toilet was extremely tight. When seated on the "throne", the door was barely two inches away from my knees. It felt very claustrophobic. I have had more room on airplanes.

The location is perfect, the price is very nice. many visit sites are walkable.
The room was very very tiny, for two people were not enough. The conditioner was very noisy, even with earplugs still can hear the noise clearly. The bed springs if one person turns or moves.

Good location, good value
It was hard to find. It didn’t look like a hotel, I thought it was just a coffee shop from the street. There wasn’t a real check in desk and I had to do the whole check in process myself in my phone. The air conditioning didn’t work well.

Location and staff very kind and helpful.
It would be better if all the showers had a shower head instead of only the one on the bathroom ceiling. Anti-slip on the shower floor would also be a good idea.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day. We also appreciated the free tea and snacks available downstairs.
The only downside was the bathroom and toilet. The toilet area was quite small, water tended to spill onto the floor during showers, and the open sink inside the room meant the floor often got wet when washing hands.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the room was spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom was a little small. Desmond and Sabrina were extremely helpful, polite, professional, and friendly. They were always attentive to my requests, provided excellent service, and even proactively upgraded my room
The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from people walking and talking outside the room occasionally disturbed my sleep

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was exactly as I expected from the images presented, and the location was outstanding. It was actually such good value for money.
I had one unfortunate incident when my room was assigned to a new visitor accidentally, and he was able to gain access to my room with his key card, but this was corrected by reception immediately.
My key card had to be reprogrammed twice after this incident in order for me to access my room.

the room was comfy and the sheets was clean, a nice touch was the AC on, before arrive in this season of the year.
Note. The bathroom was a tricky with the three different areas. but was nice and clean. we need to be carefully with the water splash outside the area.

Location was good. Close to main attractions.
Extremely small room. Toilet and shower were not separate whatsoever. Shower door was see through and offered zero privacy. Very uncomfortable to shower with see theough door. Showed head wasn’t ideal and the water wasn’t draining well.
