The room was large and bright. The patio was large and the bed was comfy. The location was good. We could walk to everything but were not in the middle of crowds. The rooftop bar was lovely and breakfast was very good.
The lobby is kind of cold and uninviting. The hallways are dark and there was carpeting in the room which I do not like.

The front desk staff should educate them selves about some local bar and restaurant recommendations in the area. When we asked one evening they seem not to know the area

Only stayed one night but location was great and room was a good size.
We were placed on the 7th floor which in under construction and right next to the out of service elevator so it kept making this mechanical sounds all night long.

We stayed here as a couple and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect — very central and close to everything, which made it so easy to get around. The staff were wonderful: kind, welcoming, and always helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely return.

The hotel was in a great location in the very Centre of Madrid. The room was clean and had all the amenities and facilities needed. The breakfast buffet was super great with so much variety of items. The staff were super friendly. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come again in my next visit to Madrid.

The location was a short walk away from Gran Via, public transportation restaurants and shopping. The room was a great size, it was clean, spacious and modern.
Elevator was small but it wasn't an issue at all.
