Very comfortable beds, well maintained and clean all round. Great rooftop bar for a drink with really friendly staff throughout the hotel. Great location, right off gran via and close to a metro and other landmark locations in Madrid. Thank you all for the lovely stay.
Only negative is we found the room very dark in the evening. The 2 lamps were not sufficient to light the room and would have liked the option of a bit more light.

Incredible location, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast, fantastic shower, and the best pillows. My flight was extremely delayed and I didn't get to the hotel til around 1.45am, and the staff were able to check me in no problem, which was much appreciated!

Location cleanliness and staff.
Despite being a spacious room the art deco couch made a significant part of the space unusable and it was definitely not comfortable for even one person to relax on.
