Design and location were great. Staff were nice.
Had to ask for cold Water and wait to get it, since there was in room only water in room temperature . During a heat wave, it was hard.

The location was perfect its in the middle between gran via and Serrano 12 minutes walk for both Staff were nice and helpful
The hotel little bit old beed for renovation and has a smell i can’t explain it’s from the woods or carpets or cleaning stuff but it’s annoying Also most of rooms has inner view so you can’t keep your curtains open but the staff upgrade my room to junior suite to solve this problem

The property is a little worn out and certain details could use a refresh, but in general it is comfortable. The view from our rooms was not nice and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms so no sound proofing. It is a beautiful hotel though and in a great location. Breakfast is really good.
The reception staff. Not at all courteous, we perceived them as slightly xenophobic. Not one of them was helpful or nice to us, although they were with other people. Very judgmental and not very pleasant.

The stay and overall hotel experience were amazing. The hotel is beautiful, and the food is excellent. However, I would especially like to mention the receptionist, Nerea, she is incredibly friendly and kind, and truly makes the whole experience even better. She is a very valuable employee to have!

Breakfast was very nice - with good variety of local and international food. Serving was very elegant. Staff was very accommodating The reception staff was very helpful on multiple occasions. The dinner the restaurant in the evening was very good Location was nice - walking (albeit long walk) distance to the city center, but surrounding district has its charm and few walks we had through Salamanca were very pleasant.
