Great location in a small square along the Paseo del Prado and walking distance from the Atocha train station. Good morning breakfast and there is also a traditional Thai Spa that was relaxing and the staff was excellent.
No gym facilities but the front desk will coordinate gym use at neighboring Radisson Red.

The location is great!
The room was very dark with no natural light. The staff is not the friendliest one - when requested to change the room, they were not very eager to help. Same goes to the cleanliness of the room - could be done better.

The hotel was excellent. Sofia was always friendly and smiling, and she kindly offered us complimentary breakfast. Thank you, Sofia, for the wonderful service!
The hotel has a great location, the bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet and well soundproofed. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was in a fairly quiet location, while still affording me easy access to many of the sights and museums that are so amazing in Madrid. It is also a comfortable walk from a district offering restaurants and shopping.
The breakfasts were lovely, and offered cook to order items in addition to a great variety of choices each morning.
Everything made it a four star experience!

A great location near lots of museums, lots of amenities.
We were upgraded to a junior suite on both occasions which was fabulous.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay effortless.
