We were greeted in person and shown our rooms as soon as we got off the taxi. There is a working elevator to help with carrying bags. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and had access to our host to answer any questions. We were provided with a free crib for our baby.

Perfectly situated in the city, clean and comfortable. Great amenities such as fridge, microwave, washing machine which we made use of. Elevator to the room if stairs are an issue. Also, the soundproofing is incredible. If you like the hubbub of the street you can open the door otherwisequiet!

I don't know where to start ...staff,cleaning and location all its just the right combination what we was searching!
We was 3 pax in a business trip during our stay ,and it make our trip unforgettable! We stayed 3 nts,in a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony,with an lovely view and sound proofed its very good! Just center,the view of apartment fascinating. And Robert its very friendly and helpful,he was smiling all the time and he has a lot of information about the city.
WiFi worked very good! Very closed to restaurants,bars and metro!
For sure we will return again in the same place!

Great host. Great location. Despite being in a very busy area, the apt was very quiet. Apartment was rebuilt just a few years ago and appliances are new.
Spare room barely had any natural light coming in.

It was an excellent, clean, modern apartment, its space is enough for 4 people, everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom from tools, supplies and cleaning materials.. The street is crowded, but the windows are excellently soundproofed, and the person in charge was very nice and helpful and answered our calls quickly.. We will definitely come back again

It was very hot and busy outside but the airco and the insulation made it wonderfully comfortable inside. It's spacious and clean and location is great. Definitely recommend it.

Absolutely perfect in every way! Prime location in the city center, walking distance to everything; modern, spacious apartment, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes washer and a dishwasher. The kitchen was better equipped than the high-price resort apartment we stayed at on the Costa del Sol. Miguel was a super host met us at the front door when we arrived, showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment, gave us a map, and even made a special trip to help us out when we had trouble working the smart tv that evening. He certainly knows how to give guests a warm welcome to his city and their home-away-from-home! Thank you, Miguel and Roberto!
There is absolutely nothing anyone could find wrong with this apartment or these hosts. The only suggestion we might have is that they ask the building supervisors to install better lighting in the stairwell leading to the upper floors of the building. (There is an elevator, but we like to use stairs except when we gave heavy luggage.)
