We liked the location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do or see. The hotel staff were all very friendly and even allowed us to store some of our luggage (for free !!) for about 7 days while we walked the Camino from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela. Highly recommended.

Some niggles in our room: * kettle but no plug within reach of it * impossible to run a bath and place the plug without getting into the bath! * poor water pressure and difficult to operate shower But overall - a good experience

Location was OK.
No english language options on the TV. No breakfast service option. Water pressure in shower was awful. No mini-bar, just 2 bottles water that don't get refilled. Minimal service for the p rice.

The wallpaper is a bit loud..., bathtub was slippery, rooftop patio closes at 10pm.
