This hotel was fantastic. Always clean and nicely cooled down — exactly what we needed after long days (and nights) exploring Madrid and attending Mad Cool Festival. Very happy with everything!

The location is great. Not noisy at all, the air conditioning works and 2 elevators add to the comfort. Close to everything, yet not too close so you can sleep very good.

Convenient location at west end of Gran Via. Lots of parks and green spaces. Sabatini gardens right across the street. Walking distance to a couple of metro stations. Carrefour Express store in the next block. Nice local restaurant Loredo around the corner. Standard room a bit small with only one chair. Fridge, safe, electric tea kettle. But clean and beds are comfortable, good shower, good wifi, good breakfast (but no customer order eggs). If you want a balcony must ask for a second floor room. Front facing rooms have better view but at night can hear some muffled traffic noises.
Room a bit small. A bit cramped for two people.

The AC is not working. For days it was on error. I have asked them to check, and not only that they are extremely rude about it, the ac was never cold. We are in the middle of very hot weather with no AC. Do not recommend to stay here. Find better hotels with working AC and nicer staff
The AC is not working and the staff is not helpful. They are very rude. The whole time oir ac was at 25 degrees celcius. We tried to set the ac to 20 degrees, it is at 25

Very Good
Very good location near the Royal Palace, metro stations, shops, and walking areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet thanks to the good soundproofing. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the hotel was flexible with early check-in and luggage storage after check-out.
The hotel and rooms feel a bit outdated, and the bathtub/shower setup was not very practical as water easily splashed onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good, but the selection remained exactly the same every day during my stay.
