Water bottles were only provided on day 1, no coffee machines. However you could always ask the staff to fill up your water bottles with ice & water and they were kind enough to do it on the daily

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, helpful friendly staff, walking distance to the Palace, Gran Via yet tucked away from the buzz, enjoyed our stay and will definitely vsiit again.
Some guests were extremely loud till late hours of the night
