We were friends travelling together. We were in the penthouse and it was perfect. Lively terrace. Able to separate the bed and sofa bed area. And each section had its own TV and wardrobe. Big bathroom. 2 sinks. Lots of wardrobe space. Big bed. Windows that could be open. Screens that came down to cover the windows. Lovely views from the good sized terrace where you coujd have entertained.

Discovered this little gem last year and I just had to come back. Everything was exceedingly exceptional! From the friendly team at the reception to the stunning rooms, I don't think I have enough adjectives to describe the hotel. I love the proximity to the metro and shopping malls. As a non Spanish speaking tourist, I am able to move around with ease.

A great hotel that has everything you need.
Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and we really appreciated the daily cleaning service.
The location is perfect and you can walk just about anywhere.
We stayed for quite a long time under unpleasant circumstances, and having Preciados as a pleasant, welcoming home base during those days was very nice.

Reception staff not very pleasant or helpful, basically gave us our room key and that was it, they seemed more interested in continuing their conversation rather than engaging with us, for that reason alone I would not recommend this hotel to others.
