The room was lovely with fantastic amenities and sparkling bathroom.
Only a tiny thing, that we were on the first floor and would have loved being higher up. It was still grade a accommodation! sound proof windows and blackout shutters. very nice.

It was very clean
Location off gran via in ok part of town, safe walkable but loud even at top floor and not the nicest area. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful, beds and pillows hard. We had the the better rooms, decent sized but the big probs were the lights and bathroom. Lights on a master switch, all on or all off other than small reading lights by the bedsides. Bathrooms a disaster - it was all glass facing out to the hall and then a huge mirror placed across from door, the result was that anyone else in the the room can see you (and hear you) on the toilet from all parts of the bedroom! I’ve been married 32 years but I still don’t want my husband in bed to see me sitting on the toilet.

Location is perfect and safe and close to everything metro, shopping, sight seeing. Hotel is clean and fully serviced and elegant and stuff are very helpful 24/7. They made our stay very nice and comfortable.
Noise from the street. We were given 2 rooms on the second floor on the side street and we couldnt sleep from trash collection trucks early morning and late night. Also pple walking above us or in the corridor would wake us. I suggest taking rooms not on the side street and away from elevator. Also it would be nice if the breakfast had more variety and labeling on the food.
