Wonderful
rooms were very clean and location was excellent. Walked everywhere - and it's a great part of town. Staff was helpful and very courteous - especially Lorna at the front desk; but everyone was quite helpful when we needed them.
i feel like your listing on booking.com is not accurate, it's incredibly hard to distinguish which room you're getting and it sure seemed like there was a rooftop you could access, but there wasn't. Not sure how to fix that on Booking.com - when facilities have multiple options - it's VERY VERY hard to figure out what you're actually booking cuz the photos don't seem to line up with the actual rooms booked.

Location was excellent being close enough to major attractions but tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Beds were extremely comfortable. 24 hour concierge allowed for seamless baggage drop prior to room being available. Staff, and specifically Lorna, were very very helpful and friendly.

Convenient location, quiet, clean, nice size of the apartment with two bed rooms, two sets of bathrooms. 4 minutes to metro, a kot if restaurants, close to the Temple of Debod and Royal palace.... Very nice
The soap is tiny, and if we need more, we need to pay for it.. Towels, if you need to have an additional set, you need to pay.

Large apartment. Plenty of hot water for showers. Beds were comfortable. Oven works. Washer and dryer are down the hall and shared by 5-6 room, but this worked fine and we got our laundry done. Dryer dried clothes to about 80% in 1 hour. Coke zero available for sale in lobby. Staff was present at all times downstairs. This is more like a hotel than a independent condo. Nice view of the park. Easy to get taxi down the hill. 8 minute walk to 2 different Metro stations and a larger grocery store, Dia.
Bed was pretty good, but could use a foam pillow top to be great.

The location is excellent, easy walking to major sights, many restaurants close by, and easy walk to a metro station. We were able to check in early. Apartment was really nice and comfortable. Due to coolder weather, we didn't use the terrace, but it would be good in warmer weather. When we left we were able to leave our luggage all day at reception.

The apartment is in a great location. It's roomy and well equipped. It's easy to access the bus/metra and is very quiet at night. There is a receptionist on duty 24 by 7 in the lobby. not only can you get help at any time but also you feel safe.
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 nights. There were only 4 coffee capsules provided. Reasonable supply will improve guest convenience.

Three of us stayed here and, overall, it was a very pleasant base for exploring Madrid—with a few small quirks worth mentioning.
The highlights:
The location is outstanding. Being so close to Plaza España made it incredibly easy to get around, whether on foot or by metro. It’s one of those spots where you step outside and immediately feel like you’re in the middle of the city.
The apartment itself is quite spacious, which we appreciated as a group of three adults. The large deck was another big plus—great for relaxing after a long day of walking through Madrid. The place was also impressively quiet for such a central location.
The beds were comfortable, and both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms was a real luxury and made mornings much easier. The showers were also excellent.
A few things to note:
The beds are comfortable but very responsive to movement—if your partner rolls over, you’ll know about it. Light sleepers may notice this.
The kitchen setup is fairly minimal. There were no paper towels and no microwave, which isn’t a dealbreaker but did feel a bit unusual for a rental of this size and quality.
Overall:
Great location, spacious layout, nice outdoor space, and the convenience of en-suite bathrooms make this a strong option for anyone visiting Madrid. With just a couple of small kitchen additions, it would be close to perfect.

It is a beautiful apartment. Very essentially located to everything. Easy to get to. A large park right outside with a wonderful view of the city. Wonderful staff. The beds were comfortable. There’s enough items in the kitchen so you could cook a basic breakfast. I highly recommend staying here. I read a lot of reviews before booking a property and you never know what you’re going to get but this one was a wonderful stay.
