Loved the apartment. The bed was comfortable, the decor was lovely, and it was very clean. For a week stay, the maid cleans midweek.
There is staff at the front door 24 hours and they are very nice and helpful.
Washing machines were always available.
Note: You will need to buy detergent or pay for it at the front desk
Also will need to buy paper towels as no kitchen towels. They provide 1 or 2 pods of coffee so will need to buy more. They will give you sugar and salt.
We found a few restaurants in walking distance we really liked.

Great location and great stay. Always an easy check in and out process. Definitely recommend when coming to Madrid. Also great to have a laundry facility if needed.
We always stay here when we come to Madrid and never had to pay for coffee pods. This last time we had a 2 night stay and got 2 pods. Anything additional was 1 euro. It would be great if there could at least be 1 pod per person per night. It is a small thing but could go a long way with customers.

Location was perfect for restful nights while still close to all the action. Small but useful kitchen, overall the check-in staff was 100% the best! Our room was straight out of poetry! Love this place.
We needed to add a person to stay the night after hours and the overnight staff wasn’t helpful. Stained the day badly and treated us badly. But the next day, the day staff fixed it all and we fell in love again with the property.

This property worked well for our family of 4. We had two bedrooms with a common living room. This hotel has views overlooking a nearby park and is within walking distance of several major attractions. Attached parking was a big plus.
The unit did not have its own private washer/dryer but shared a washer/dryer with the rest of those on the same floor.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious. Parking was easy. There was a washer and dryer on each floor that was free to use.
Our standard room had the bathroom sink located outside the toilet and shower area. There was a lack of privacy, and when using the sink area early, you would wake the person sleeping. When I asked about this, they said that I should have known this from the pictures. However, when I looked at the pictures, there was no clear photo showing this.

We were a group of 4 couples from India and we stayed here for 2 nights, Sept 20th to 22nd.
The apartment is very centrally located within walking distance of historic places.
The check in process was smooth and Rachael at reception was very helpful. The male receptionist was also efficient and helpful.
The apartments were clean with good mattresses, sheets and towels. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery and cutlery.
However when one of our group used the toilet in the lobby, the male receptionist behaved very rudely told her that it was meant only for the staff and we should go to our rooms if we want to use the washroom.
The other thing missing was a body wash and shampoo in one apartment.

The location is great and very close to the Palace/ walking distance,full kitchen, washer and separate dryer conveniently located in the hallway. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The windows were high impact with electronic shades which made the apt quiet and dark for a good nights rest.
The apartment was completely updated and we were very comfortable, highly recommend and we would definitely stay again when visiting Madrid.

Conveniently located in the vicinity of Sabatini Park & Plaza de espanol. Quiet area. Easily accessible to Gran via and Old Madrid. Comfortable facility and friendly staff.
We didn't like the setup of the bathroom in our Standard suite. Not private enough. And too small. Also, could have used more initial proactive instruction on how to use the stove top and TV without guessing how they function. There was no hotel welcome packet, which would be useful. A little too much trial & error. Otherwise, a nice stay.
