Wonderful
A hidden little area just below Plaza de Espaa so it was very conveniently located. Close to the palace, large parks, Egyptian Temple, etc.
Very clean and the 24hr staff were always friendly and helpful.
Close to a small Carrefour Express and a few minutes walk to larger grocery stores by the train station at Principe Pio. The best playground in Madrid is nearby at the Plaza... We played there all hours!
The immediate neighborhood is not fancy by any means but it was clean, safe, and quiet so it was fine for us.

The location is definitely one of the big plus of the hotel. We had rented 4 suites as we were a big group, including the terrace suite which has a panoramic view of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious. There are kitchen appliances to cook and the hosts even had some free tee bags and coffee pods. Oh, and the hosts a reception are so nice and helpful!

location is amazing. The apartment was perfect for our family of four.
I thought the washer and dryer was inside the apartment. But it was right outside the apartment. Not inconvenient and was always available. But you need to buy the detergent.
