Very Good
Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing. Right next to Zara, H&M, and Primark, and within walking distance to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Breakfast was very good, and the toiletries were high quality.
The only downsides were that the room was quite small for four people, and although we booked for four with breakfast included, only two breakfasts were included. We had to pay extra for the other two guests, so make sure to confirm this with Booking.com in advance.

Overall I loved the location. Also, the beds, the bedroom space, and the size/location of the mirrors were excellent -- it made getting ready day to day fun. The breakfast was also really good. Thank you.
The only issue for my room was the bathroom. There was a sewage smell coming from the toilet, or shower. It did have a big impact on the overall stay as the smell came through the doors even when closed.

Hoy quite it was even being on a very busy street and total darkness for sleep as well as how comfortable the main beds were
