No air conditioning working in the room , ask the customer service about the extremely hot room and the answer was because of winter they turn off the AC , they provide me with an old fan not good for my allergies

The location
Wasn’t clean at all the floors were dirty and sticky poor A/C the refrigerator was too hot and the house keeping cleaning was so bad they don’t clean and wipe the floors the just rearrange the bed and for sure they don’t change the sheets

The location was the highlight of the stay. I was right there at the center of Gran Vía. The bed was confortable and the room was very clean.

Great location on Gran Via next to Plaza del Sol and La Carmen. Front desk staff (Julita and Maria) is outstanding in helping with requests and resolving issues. The breakfast of the hotel is also great.
My only minor issue is that some rooms have maintenance issues- air conditioning leaking water which required a visit from maintenance ( which occurred quickly) and another room had blinking bath lights. Not major issues but should not be happening.

Staff was helpful and friendly. They recommended restaurants, helped with booking a trip and taxis. Enjoyed the hotel very much.
Bathroom door doesn’t have a lock. Walls in room and Bathroom should be wiped down.

The location is excellent, just around the corner from Grand Via.
Double room with terrace is in the annex which is next door. Key didn't work 3 times in 1 day which meant going back down 9 floors and next door for a new key. Terrace is in need of repair (tiles are missing or broken), weeds in the pots, not plants. Room is small and got fresh glasses once in our 4 night stay. Breakfast was marginal.
