Disappointing
Location
Very overpriced for a small room that didn’t include breakfast.

Pleasant
The location
It was tired, scuff mark in the headboard by the lights and on the window sills in the bar area and there were issues with cleanliness, I found hairs in the bathroom. There were no tissues in the bathroom and no full length mirror

Poor
Exterior facade, good breakfast.
Appalling decor and tasteless, cheap furnishings. Not many eating choices in the immediate area.

Good
Well situated
We had to ask for a change of room because there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and a terrible odor of urine in the bathroom. The staff was very quick and willing to facilitate another room. The hotel is ecofriendly which means mo boxes of tissues are standard in the rooms. Upon request we hot some individually wrapped tissues. Breakfast was very good, gluten free bread available on request but packaged goods.

We loved the location. Within walking distance, there are restaurants, the subway, and shops. It's very convenient. Fantastic breakfast with a lot of variety!!
Overall, everything was very good. Everything was excellent.

Good
Great central location and quiet room with large comfortable bed
Reception was very dirty on arrival . Floor looked like it needed a good sweep and mop . A terrible first impression . The fit out in room
And on doors etc as decoration is very dated and unappealing . Feels like a youth hostel rather than a hotel .

Disappointing
Breakfast was ok. But Kind of expensive.
The location was the only redeeming quality, it is centrally located.
The place is definitely not 4 stars.Floor tiles are loose, paint in our room is peeling off the wall.there is black substance on the ceiling near the vent, we think its mold.In short this place is in disarray. Im sorry we wasted so much money. Never again.
