Very quiet, nice size rooms.
Great breakfast either way lots of cheese, salami, Spanish specialtiesz
Tea cups are must, and a better variety of tee/coffee/sugar would be nice.

Great! Staff, bar, buffet and location to places
The bathroom for the restaurant was so far - downstairs - alot of stairs and scary when no one around.

I liked the comfortable beds, ample space, breakfast spread, and the nice lobby and courtyard. I especially enjoyed how comfortable and cool the air conditioning was during our summer stay. The room was clean, and the bathroom had plenty of space. It’s a 5-18 minutes walk to Mercado Barcelo, Mercado San Anton, Gran Via & Puerta del Sol.

The location was prime - not in the very center of the city, but within 15 mins walk from the heart of it. Gran Vía can be easily reached by walk. Puerta del Sol is only 1 metro stop away. Plenty of restaurants and shops and bars around, and much more on your way to downtown.
Bed was comfortable, and rooms were clean.
Staff was friendly
Exceptionally good breakfasts with plenty of options!
The hotel is old, and was renovated some time ago.
The noise from the street late in the night is very audible and annoying at times, especially when the nearby restaurants staff throws the bottles into bins for recycling ?
Water was provided only once upon checking in, and later on was at a charge - easily sorted out by one Mercadona supermarket visit (5-7 mins walk down the road). Still was a surprise for us.
The shower kept on leaking, no matter how hard you try to avoid - you end up having floor filled with water
Those are minor flaws, overall experience was very pleasant.
Value for money is great and worth it!

Lovely boutique hotel, central location.. Metro access close by. Hotel met our needs, comfortable bed & air conditioned room, modern bathroom with walkin shower facility. Room cleaned & linen changed daily. Staff friendly, polite & very helpful. Beautiful breakfast with good variety of food & nice presentation. The location is ideal for anyone interested in walking to see the many sites Madrid has to offer.
I have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend this hotel for a city break.
