The location is fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city center on foot and by metro without needing taxis. The room was comfortable and clean with great AC and a spacious bathroom, while the breakfast offered an incredible variety of local food. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
At check-in, the front desk manually recorded my full credit card number, expiration date, and security code for collateral. This was the only place in Europe where I had to show my physical card, and shortly after returning home, fraudulent online charges occurred on this card, forcing me to cancel it. Please be extremely cautious if asked to provide your physical card details manually.

Perfect location, our room was just what we needed, all the staff were really helpful, lovely selection of food at breakfast too.
Really nice flat screen tv in the room but all channels were in Spanish m, would have been nice to have had at least one channel that was in English.

Spacious stunning room, with an enormous mirror, great location, very tidy hotel with new furniture, great breakfast with various choice even with gluten and dairy free which was a great bonus

One night someone must have been smoking in another room and it made our entire room smell like smoke.
