The buffet was great and the bunk beds
The check in process was so lengthy, both Carolina and the other lady tried to check using but took forever and didn’t communicate with us about what was taking so long even though I had already completed the check in online to save time

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Sol metro station which is super handy. Even though the area was crowded with tourists, we still consider it very safe.
There were multiple visible dirt spots on one of the towels, and hair that wasn’t belong to us on the bed sheet.
The street sound can leak into the room with windows and blinds closed.

We like that the staff was very helpful and nice (Noemi, Vanesa, and the thin guy with beard -sorry we don’t remember his name), that makes a difference! And everything was clean. We had all we needed in the room, so it was a good experience.

Great service, kind staff, great breakfast, perfect location. We had a fantastic time here. Our AC wasn't working great the first night but the staff got it fixed immediately. Spacious rooms and great amenities.
Honestly, we didn't really have any complaints that were serious. The elevator might have been a little slow but the stairs were easy enough.

The location was perfect. Central to everything as walked around the city from here. The room for 4 people is huge!! Our family of 4 really enjoyed it. The teenagers stayed in the bunk bed. Both beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is pretty big too and plenty of mirrors for everyone. The breakfast was amazing along with the coffee. Definitely a bonus to have it before you set out to explore. Overall it was very quiet at night which we liked. The staff was so helpful with questions and printing tickets for us. We would definitely stay here again!
The top bunk was a little challenging for a 16yr old but comfy once you're settled.

Hotel is in the city center in the walking street. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing. If you like to explore the city by walking this is a perfect place to stay.

Hello Alejandra,
I’m sorry, but I am not confused at all. On June 18, I booked four double rooms at the same price of €639.90, with breakfast included for two people and free cancellation until November 27 for two people. Only in one of these rooms, which was for a German couple, I specifically mentioned two guests; for the other three rooms I did not pay attention to this detail, but the room selection was clearly made for two people.
So, on the same day, I booked four double rooms at the same price. However, on November 27, only the room belonging to the German couple was confirmed by the hotel as a double room, while the other three were considered single rooms and breakfast was charged for only one person in each of the three rooms.
Regarding the claim that you accommodated us in larger rooms, I’m sorry but that is not true.
