Wonderful
I searched on Booking.com.
Nothing, I have no negative opinion about the hotel. It is a renovated and stunning hotel close to all the attractions and the train, everything is within a short to medium and easy walking distance.

The hotel was centrally located, right off of the beautiful Sol plaza. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, especially Helen, who was incredibly sweet and accommodating throughout the duration of our stay. She allowed us to check-in early, and even have a late check-out. Our balcony overlooking the street down below was wonderful, and my mom was so moved by the beauty of this hotel and the friendliness of the staff, she actually started to cry at checkout, comforted by sweet Helen. Thank you for a 10/10 fantastic stay. We will never forget Petit Palace Puerta del Sol!
