The location was great, close to attractions, shopping and fabulous restaurants. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Jon was especially helpful in some great restaurant recommendations.
Breakfast was also great with a real mix of options all fees and delicious.

The location was wonderful . The room was clean and confortable and the breakfast had varieties and it was super good! The staffs were very helpful and friendly! The facility had all what we needed!

Location was great. Easy to get around the City. Breakfast was really good value. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
The in room bathroom door was glass with a large opening on the side. Not private at all which is difficult when sharing the room with your family.

Location of the hotel was right next to Plaza Mayor which was really convenient. Hotel staff were all were bilingual and very professional. Kris especially stood out. She took the time to make restaurant suggestions and in general just made my stay better. I highly recommend a stay here.
A/C is a little old so you need to turn it on and keep it going throughout your stay or its a little warm in your room.

When I booked the room on Booking.com it included a complimentary taxi to the airport. Was informed when we checked in we were informed that while the website said it was included it was not which costed us an additional 33 euros

Excellent location only 1 block away from Plaza Mayor and 2 blocks from Plaza del Sol, with everything you need for you stay, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast menu, very spacious room (307), we had a great time there.

Hotel was central to the sites we wanted to see. All were in walking distance. The breakfast was quite good also. The history of the hotel was a nice extra.
There were lots of noises (trash pickup, people) outside of the hotel throughout the nights making a good night sleep challenging. Still, being in such a great location was worth dealing with the noisy nights.

Great location near Plaza Mayor. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good hot water. Nice selection for the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful.
There was quite a bit of street noise at night, but it might have been from the tear down of the Christmas decorations and huts in Plaza Mayor.
