Great location. Cute hotel. Great breakfast.
It was really hot and the AC did not seem to keep the room as cool as I would like.

Wonderful
Amazing location, very busy area, but you can't hear anything from inside the room. 5min walk to one main train+metro station, several options for dining in the area.
Breakfast for kids could be cheaper than for adults.

Excellent location and outstanding service
We stayed for two nights with three people and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, perfect for walking to all the main attractions in Madrid.
The entire place was spotless, very clean, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. A special mention to the staff: excellent, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
Without a doubt, this is a place we would love to return to. Highly recommended! ????

The location and staff are great , the room is dated , details that make the difference
The ceiling bathroom make a huge noice when you open or close door , no cafe , no tea pots, breakfast could be better

Had an upgrade through booking.com
Extended. Got the tiny tiniest room. Did not extend our free breakfast. Raised rate. Really treated us as unimportant, when in fact we had a 4 night stay downtown Madrid!
Convenient. Clean.

Room is clean and cozy, stuff are pleasant and helpful.
The room is very small (no coffee), but I think there are wider rooms.

Wonderful
I really liked the location, the food and the staff. It was really nice to just go out of the hotel and have many places near to go to eat and visit.
I would like to highlight the breakfast one of the best we had during our trip.

It was comfortable and nicely furnished. I also liked that it had extra toiletries in case we forgot some essentials. Thanks so much for accommodating us early as I requested!
There was a dead cockroach right by the door. I took a picture of it on my way out during check out. I didn’t see any live ones during my stay
