This is my second time staying here and I really enjoyed it! It was extremely close to everything from shopping and metro. The staff is always friendly.
The rooms can use some updates unfortunately. But considering location and welcoming attitude that is what brought me back!

Great location, staff, and delicious and varied breakfast buffet
The property is a bit dated and there is no coffee maker or tea kettle in the room, but I guess you get what you pay for and the price is very good for that part of Madrid.

Great l Iocation, convenient to all major sights. But too noisy at night. Even at 3:00 am! Staff friendly and helpful with information and directions.

The location was absolutely amazing, close to many key points. However, the hotel’s elevator was out of service for our entire stay, so be prepared to carry all your luggage. Room 109 has a balcony with a great morning view of the locals walking along the Arenal. 2 min walk to the churros San Ginés. 5min walk to plaza del sol. And plaza mayor and lots of shopping!

Location and could be a charming old classic building
Too hot in the room and lacking controls. Shower was hot for 30 seconds then cold and never warmed up. Shower at 8am.
