No coffee maker in room, room and general areas need some TLC eg gaps in vinyl floor planks, doorways scratched and needed painting, carpets worn.

Loved the breakfast and my room
Disappointed a little that once my dinner was brought out no one came back to check on me even once until my meal was complete. I would have loved a second glass of red wine with my meal!

The hotel is super nice and comfprtable. It’s perfect for the stopover in Madrid because is very close to the airport. Breakfast was delicious.

The restaurant and wait staff were wonderful. The front desk staff were helpful and kind. The room was lovely, comfortable, and quiet. Only area for improvement would be that the heater automatically comes on when you enter the room and it was very hot. I wasn’t able to adjust it myself (couldn’t figure it out) but the front desk came up immediately and adjusted it for me. I plan to stay here again!
