Brilliant location, nice breakfast, easy to check in and out
Room was a bit dated with a few things slightly falling apart, top bunk felt a little dangerous for a kid - had a separate bed rail but have to climb in over that

The Location is great
It’s more like a 2* hotel, with no light, no view anywhere. You have to call the reception for basic amenities.

The room is quite basic. The neighbors were loud late at night 11pm to 2 pm slamming doors and spoke loudly

Clean, modern room with spacious rain shower. Also, the breakfast buffet was wonderful.
We had to leave early the second morning to catch our flight so were unable to eat the breakfast.
Good location.
Bunk beds are small for adults. My 16 year old son is 6 feet tall, and even though there was a child size “guard rail” on the bed, he was afraid he would roll off. Thus, he did not sleep well.

Super clean and really great staff. Excellent location. Nice common space below for working. It’s literally a block from Retiro. Lovely! Also a nice restaurant next door with outside seating. We didn’t do the breakfast because we prefer going to local cafes.

The staff was exceptional and the location was convenient. There was a GREAT restaurant just a couple of doors down. The room did have a refrigerator.
The room was small and there was no solid door on the bathroom just a see through swinging one. There were no outlets near the beds. BUT the staff was great in finding an extension cord for my partners cpap machine. His cord is long but the outlets were to far away.

The booking.com has faulty description of room - it features coffee machine in all rooms while in reality it only in superior rooms. But personel was customer oriented and added coffee machine to my room to cover for mistake in room description
