Guest Score 4 out of 10
Disappointing
Good breakfast
The reality of the room that was booked based on the online pictures presented was far from real. Being in a wheelchair made this stay very challenging. Furthermore the extra bed was extremely short (190cm) for an individual of 186cm length

Very Poor
staff were nice and location was fine.
Really bad hotel for someone who wants to travel with comfort. The AC dont work and is like some system used in the last century, the room service is pretty much not existent (they never around and ask you to come down to reception .__.) rooms dirty and have hairs everywhere, after 10pm the front door kind of dont work and you rely on the receptionist to open the door for you.
the worse overall was the AC - get used to sleeping hot in the madrid summer bc its really not normal AC is like super old stuff and kind of analog system that barely works lol
It seems they wanna look like expensive hotel but once youre in you feel in a cheap hotel.
